Delegated Claims Handling and Processing

Our team of claims professionals have extensive experience of claims handling across from a variety of different classes of businesses, on both insurance and reinsurance contracts.

We have worked on all London Market bureau systems and can provide a delegated Lloyd’s Lead or Agreement Party service  whilst also providing a more typical TPA service on speciality lines.

Support has also been given to MGA’s in managing  FNOL and subsequent agreement processes for claims presented to them.

Whilst our shortest contract has been for a matter of weeks to provide a transition cover we have also been in partnership with one client for many years providing regular overflow resource when their own workflow becomes too heavy.

We can be on or off site and assist the incumbent manager in a variety of ways, such as taking ownership of a particular project, providing a sounding board for a particular case in litigation, dealing with authority referrals, or producing regular reports from their KPIs.
