If you wish to make any comments on any of the articles posted on our website, then we ask do you to complete a registration form collating certain private data. The purpose of this registration process, that  requests your details, is to allow the moderators of our website to assess the relevance of the proposed post.  By entering your details on the registration to submit a comment on our website, you agree that Belvedere Mead Ltd. will maintain a record of your details.  We shall maintain your registration on the site for a period of 5 years, from the date your last submitted comment. We may at some point during that time contact you to advise you of developments within our organisation.
